Situated at the intersection of urban studies, social and feminist geographies, my research examines the everydayness of cities and urbanisation, centring the body as a political site.

Drawing on extensive fieldwork in Colombia and Chile, alongside collaborative and creative methods co-developed with communities and grassroots organisations, I explore the entanglements of material and digital urban transformations with the everyday and bodily politics of inhabitation.

With a focus on racialisation, displacement, belonging and care, my work centres embodied, intimate and affective urban politics along two research strands: socio-ecological transformations, particularly waste, disposability and toxicity; and everyday processes of digitalisation.

I am a postdoctoral researcher funded by a Swiss National Science Foundation Postdoc.Mobility fellowship (2025-27) hosted by the Department of Geography at University College London and the Universidad de Chile.

Previously, I was a SNSF Senior researcher, a Graduate Assistant, both at the University of Lausanne, and a researcher at the University of Basel. I was also a visiting researcher at the University of Cambridge, UK, on an SNSF Doc.Mobility grant, and at the Universidad de Cartagena, Colombia.

I hold a PhD in Geography from the University of Lausanne, a Master’s degree in Anthropology and Sociology from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, an MSc in Urbanisation and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Geosciences and Environment (Geography) from the University of Lausanne.
